Mykhailo Mudryk is likely to be remembered as one of the season's worst busts, therefore it's all the more amazing that he's suddenly Chelsea's top assist producer.
The Ukrainian winger has had a challenging start to life at Stamford Bridge after moving there for £62 million from Shakhtar Donetsk in January. Mudryk made a strong first impression against Liverpool, but he has spent the rest of the season warming the bench and has looked incredibly insecure whenever he has entered the game.
He was a handed a rare start against Brighton on Saturday and set up Conor Gallagher for Chelsea's opener, bringing his Premier League assist tally for the campaign to a grand total of two.
Remarkably, no one in Chelsea's squad has managed to register more - Mason Mount, Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell, Enzo Fernandez, Marc Cucurella and Thiago Silva all have two as well - summing up the utterly-torrid, goal-allergic season the club have endured.
The Blues weren't ahead against Brighton for long, with substitute Danny Welbeck levelling the game with a header at the back post
